We recently sold our home utilizing Jasons Services and the process was a breeze. He was able to guide us through every step of the process, with clear instructions for getting prepared for photos, staging, showings and etc. With his help we were able to get offers on our home within days of listing.Jason is a knowledgable and professional with clear lines of communication. He is also very methodical and analytical when determining the listing price for your home. The flat rate pricing structure for his services are fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.Follow up 05/03/2021 - Jason worked with us ever since we sold our home to find our next one. We put in a total of 11 offers and finally one stuck! It was a long trek to find out new home but he got it done and we could not imagine going through this process with another agent. Jason was extremely professional throughout my house selling experience. He gave good advice when needed and put a lot of research into the correct listing price for my needs (we ended up selling my condo unit for a record price at the community). He also was very helpful in dealing with issues that would not normally be asked or expected of a realtor - helping me navigate the sale while out of the country and also checking in on my home during the Texas winter storms of 2021. All of this with a flat rate fee means I am extremely happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent going forward.

Working with Jason on the sale of my home was a breeze! He explained everything throughout the selling process and dealt with everything with an appropriate sense of urgency, and with everyone involved with utmost diplomacy. Unlike me, Jason kept calm, cool and collected and was always the consummate professional. He seems expertly supported by his broker, as well. All in all, the sale of my home was very smooth. We listed my home in a market that had all but shut down due to COVID-19, and we got our first offer in a week! We closed the sale on time and I immediately started looking for a home for myself; of course, using Jason as my buyer’s agent! Needless to say, given his knowledge, accessibility and acumen, Jason was able to get me the home I wanted even in a multiple-offer environment!

Advocates for his clients.This review is lengthy so bare with me - I want to make sure anyone who reads this knows how our experience was so you know you are in great hands when working with Jason.I live in Dallas and my parents relocated to DFW area with me prior to getting the home in austin on the market. My parents are Hispanic and do not speak much English. I did most of the work for them - this meant that I was looking left and right for who would be a good fit for a realtor to list their property with. I found out that many realtors were not comfortable dealing with only me and some of them treated us what felt like was racism. I found Jason through endless Google searches the reviews were great. From the first email, phone call, and meet he was just understanding, compassionate, and professional. He listened to what my parents wanted in their unique situation in terms of selling. Their home sold quickly after listing it in the MLS and at a great price. Now, when I asked him for his advice or personal opinion he was honest and gave us his best advice. My parents and I are happy we found him. I could go on about how great this experience was for us but you should see it for yourself! Call him!
