From our first phone call with Jared, my wife and I could tell he really wanted to understand us and be clear on what kind of home we were hoping to purchase and make for ourselves and our kids and grandkids in the Houston area as we moved from California. In that call Jared promised he would do everything he could to be our advocate to come alongside us and help us secure the best home and deal possible. The next 5 or 6 months that is exactly what he has done! He was incredibly attentive to our desires, needs, questions, and concerns during the entire process. Several times he stepped up for us with the builder and seller to make sure things were being done well and in a timely manner just as they had promised. Not only did Jared knock it out of the park with us as the consummate professional at every stage of the process, but we greatly enjoyed developing a personal friendship with him along the way as well! This recently included him coming by to see our new home, introducing us to his delightful wife and daughter, and generously sharing three wonderful gifts with us to thank us for letting him represent us! Two of our adult children live in the area and are currently renting but will probably be looking to purchase a house soon. We have already made a strong case to each of them that they would be very wise to reach out to Jared when they are ready to begin their hunt for a home!

What a PHENOMENAL experience we had with Jared Fikes. The best decision we could have made for ourself was choosing Jared for our realtor. He sold our home within seven days, for a higher price than we expected in today’s market. Watching all the leg work he put into it, I can 100% say that your realtor is an important choice. I was referred to Jared by a family friend in Dallas. From the moment we met Jared, we knew it was going to be a good fit. We had to move back to Arizona due to a family illness and Jared really helped put our minds at ease. We felt very confident in his abilities and knew our house would be in good hands. He was attentive to the needs of our property due to us no longer being in Texas. Jared responded to every single phone call, text, and email right away and always called us to share any updates regarding the house. We had some ups and downs with buyers and the only thing that got me through the stress of it all was Jared. Truly, he did a phenomenal job and I couldnt recommend him more. He even brought in mulch to make sure the plant beds looked their best for the photos and open house. The home sold in a week and Jared provided wise advice and guidance throughout the pre-sale, offer, due diligence and closing process. We loved working with Jarred Fikes as our real estate agent. We have been on this journey since 2020. Jarred made sure during the whole time that once we were ready he would not only help us find a house, but our home. He took his time and showed us a lot of houses new builds and used homes. Jarred took the time to explain all different sorts of scenarios with new builds versus used homes but he wanted to find us a home that we would feel most comfortable with and also not have to worry about little nuances like having to replace the HVAC system in about a year or having to worry about the roof in the next two or three years, etc. We went with a new build, needless to say. And we couldn’t be happier with what Jarred showed us. Again, we have been on this journey for a while now and I’m just so happy that we were able to have Jarred by our side the whole way. We are so thankful for Jarred and the way that he treated us throughout the whole process from beginning till our home keys were in our hands!
