Janna Pearman is an extraordinary realtor who went above and beyond to get my family into our new home. It was an older home, built in 1979, and there needed to be repairs to the plumbing, garage door, etc. Janna stayed with the contractors to ensure that the jobs were done correctly and on-time for closing. She was amazing and I would trust her with our real estate decisions again and again in the future.

I was very fortunate and blessed to have Janna P as my parents realtor. My parents are elderly (father now deceased) and had no idea how to put a mortgage together. They were in a situation where they had to be out of their house and into another home in less than a month. With Janna’s guidance, we were able to find a nice place for them and put together a mortgage (total nightmare as they were poor record keepers and had no idea where any paperwork was) in less than 3 weeks! I am so grateful for her ! Professional with a caring heart of gold!!

Almost 5 years ago we started our home buying process, we didnt know where to start or anything along those lines. We met Janna and instantly new we were in good hands she showed us several different houses in different price ranges just to show us what the difference between them would be (which i absolutely appropriated). Officially found one that we liked and we asked to see it a second time just to make sure it was the one, and she did an amazing job getting on the right track after we told her to make an offer. Im very thankful that we met her and for her being so friendly and welcoming.
