When I met Janine, I never expected to be a homeowner. It was a futuristic dream and I was just recovering from past financial hardships with a credit score not worthy of being financed. 9 out of 10 realtors blew me off. I ran into Janine house hunting, and I was transparent with Janine and communicated it would be at least 6 months while I was in my last phase of credit rebuilding. Janine committed knowing the risk and for 6+ months until 2 days before closing we were unclear if my loan would be fully funded. Janine went well above and beyond making sure the lender, the builder, the title company stayed connected. She also provided many tips, inspection support, shared knowledge, and was just always available. I was ready to give up several times, but, Janine provide great support and encouragement. I recommend Janine because she genuinely attains a huge sense of accomplishment placing people in the right home.

Janine was fantastic!! Super easy to work with and made me understand the whole process as a first time seller! She worked hard and made sure she always had my best interest in mind during the negotiation process! My house sold in 4 days! I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Wow! Janine really knocked it out of the park!We had first started working with Janine when were eyeing a house that was too good to be true. We went planning to buy at the time, but if everything actually checked out we wanted to jump on the deal. Originally we had contacted a different real-estate agent, but they were more concerned with pushing us to get a pre-approval to talk about money than answering our lingering questions about the property. We contacted Janine to get a second opinion on the property, and what a relief! She saved us from buying a money-pit with chronic foundation issues that the other agent didnt know about. Later, we found a couple of other houses we liked and kept in touch with Janine. Through the hunting-and-showing process, she was courteous, patient, kind, and relaxed when dealing with us, but very responsive and timely when responding to our very specific and over the top questions and requests. In addition, she was more than willing to work with us on our extra busy we-both-have-FT-jobs-and-a-baby schedules. When we found the house we fell in love with, Janine really kicked it into gear. Strategy for making the offer? Janine coached us through it at 9 oclock on a Friday night. Inspection? She was on-site to make sure they checked the specific things we were worried about. Negotiations? Janine was back and forth on the phone with me and the listing agent all day fighting to make sure we got everything we wanted. In the end, we ended up getting the house of our dreams where we plan to raise our kids, for less than the asking price, with all the little detail bits fixed by the seller. Absolutely outstanding! We dont think well ever want to leave this house, but if we do Janine will be our first call. We highly recommend Janine, she confidently gets the job done right while keeping you first!

I have been looking for a house to rent for a bit. Going all over dallas with no luck. Lots of gas and lots of time wasted.. my mom found Janine online and I was about to give up.. I txt janine a long rant of frustration and tears and she calls me and talks me down.. within less than an hr she calls me or txts me back with information to a house. I talk to the landlord and within a day I look at the house we fill out the app and BAM... I have had 4 realtors treat me like dirt before her.. then she goes above and beyond to help me the best she can.. she txtd me constantly until we got the ok.. and then even after that she still checks in to make sure everything is ok.. shes absolutely amazing and GOD SENT for sure.. I wld reccomend her over anyone any day...
