Janet Sears is very responsive to communication. She helped me find a house in under a week, got all paperwork’s taken cared of, and was able to buy a house in under 30 days. It was a difficult process considering I was a first time home buyer at the age of 23, but Janet Sears made it very easy for me to accomplish. Even after the first month I had ownership to the house, Janet Sears did not hesitate to answer any of my questions including how to set up online house, electricity, water, and gasoline payments. I had trouble installing WiFi into my house but Janet Sears took the initiative to contact the builder and we were able to get AT&T come in to set my WiFi the very next day! I would like to thank Janeth Sears for going above and beyond in providing customer service. If any of you are looking to buy a house in Lubbock Texas, I highly recommend her!
