We ended up with a repair intensive contract that was extended and amended multiple times, and she walked us through the ups and downs of the process.     Left messages for 5 agents when we started our house hunt, Janet was the only one that called back. And boy, are we glad she did. Always on top of things, great communication, and really went out of her way to take care of us. After the first one we saw didnt work out, she worked overtime helping us with an even better find. Working completely remotely for us, as we had returned home, she got us videos, photos, made multiple trips out to check on things all the way to the very end. Not just an amazing agent, but the first friend we made in a new town. Cant say enough.

We were the first to close in the first phase of a giant new development. She took the time to explain everything and even asked “out of the box” questions to the developer. She pored over the CC&R’s and found things that concerned her and got clarification to ease our minds.This is the third time we have enlisted her real estate expertise.     Ive been a real estate investor and realtor in the Austin, TX area for about 11 years and have closed thousands of transactions. So to say Ive worked with a lot of real estate agents is an understatement. When I was looking for help to sell one of my investment properties in Corpus Christi, I interviewed a lot of agents and most of them werent very professional - in fact, many of them seemed like they were just in it to make a commission and had no plan for how to sell it other than slap it up on the MLS. But not Janet. She is by far one of the most professional agents Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with, and I could not recommend her enough! She always had a plan of attack for how we could maximize my profit, shes incredibly communicative, super easy to work with, and consistently went above and beyond to anticipate my needs time and again before I even knew I needed something. She had a photographer come in and take photos which I think really helped with the sell. We had a contract within 3 days of it going on the MLS.
