Jamye did a great job getting our 2nd home sold. It was on the market for 1 year prior, listed with another agent. Sometimes its about timing. Sometimes its about working hard to get your property sold. Jamye did that for us. She recommended a stager that was super helpful. She hosted open houses and showings. Jamye even let us know when the cobwebs got out of control. She called if the lawn needed sprucing up. Punctual Lawn Care got right on it for us. From start to finish was about 2 months. Sold! Jamye did a wonderful job helping our family find a home on Cedar Creek Lake. She did a great job of communicating with us and coordinating as we were looking from out of town and couldnt be in the area all of the time. When we were able to come for tours, she was very organized and helpful in trying to find properties that met our family needs. She arranged some video tours of a few homes to help us determine whether we should come for an in person visit. Once we found the right property, she was very helpful in providing her network of vendors to help us evaluate the home. From the moment we first met to her when we closed, the service was outstanding.

Jamye was an absolute Godsend for us, as we were 2400 miles away when we decided to make an offer on a house. She handled all the negotiations, answered all our questions, explained the Texas laws that were unfamiliar to us and much more. She was present for the inspection and guided us through the process of having the discovered defects resolved, she even provided me with measurements I needed to determine if certain of my appliances would fit in the new environment. When we arrived here a week before our furniture, she had located a a motel/resort that offered weekly rates on a suite with a kitchenette and accepted the dog and cat we brought with us. She even delivered us a home cooked feast, so we didn’t have to have PB&J sandwiches for Thanksgiving. Jamye went far and beyond what was required in her advocacy of us, as her clients.
