We recently sold our home with Jami, and we couldnt be happier with the experience. I was initially nervous about how to price our house, but Jamis expertise was spot on, and we ended up getting a fantastic offer. I also worried about keeping the house ready for showings, but Jami provided tools that gave us plenty of notice, making the process much easier than expected. Thanks to her guidance, the sale of our home not only allowed us to pay off debt but also left us with a solid down payment for our next home. One of the biggest surprises was how seamless the communication was—everything came together perfectly without a single issue. Now that the sale is complete, were relieved it all happened so quickly and smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Jami to anyone looking to sell their home!

Jami had to sub in for the agent I was working with when the first agent got Covid. Jami was great, very professional and super helpful. I would heartily recommend her for anyone looking for an agent to help them buy a house. She came well prepared and was willing to help talk through the pluses and minuses of the house we were looking at. The houses she suggested to look at were spot on.
