This review is way overdue! I reached out to James via Yelp when me and my husband were planning on purchasing our first home. Our situation was a little different because I had already found the new build I already wanted. I needed help getting out of an apartment lease which James was able to facilitate. James really helped us when making the offer (below list price) and getting a bunch of extras added in (sod, blinds, etc) that we would have never known we could. I really liked that James was always available and extremely responsive to text. He came for all our walk throughs and was very thorough and finding things that needed fixing. He also was able to recommend people for the inspection as well as home owners insurance which saved us a ton of money. It was so nice to have those things taken of my plate. I definitely would recommend James to anyone buying their first home!We

James helped me find a house in Pflugerville that I am very happy with. He is a very knowledgeable realtor and his background in construction really shows when going through houses. He showed me how to tell good quality from not so good quality. He pointed things out they may need repaired or could be replaced and helped associate costs with those projects. Also just a great guy to cruise around the city with looking at houses. James was very responsive throughout the entire process and very flexible in working around my schedule. I would recommend James services to anyone looking for a great realtor in the Austin area.

James was an absolute pleasure to work with! The best realtor weve had! He was very attentive, professional, honest and helped in any way he could. James reviewed our house, told us what we need to do, listed our house and sold it in less than a week! We could not be happier with James! If we ever move back to the area we will 100% go with James again and highly recommend you do as well!

In November of last year, I sought Mr. Zombolas help to keep his eyes open for a rental property that is unique. I wanted to find a small casita or garage apartment on property with a home, knowing these are hard to come by. Mr. Zombola found this property the moment it was listed, and I was able to be the first to see it. It is a converted one car garage, re-modeled beautifully. It is perfect for me, with a little fenced in back yard, right here in Georgetown! I am so happy in my new home! There are great places out there, when you have the right help to find them! What a blessing!
