I build 200 homes a year and deal with tons of realtors. But when it’s for your own family,…….who do you choose………..? I ended up selecting James Spece. Why? Because James is a local, down to earth, family man that tells you what you need to hear. James went above and beyond for my family to assist with the listing, showings, and the transition. I could not of wished for a better experience. If you are local, great! If you’re not, and you still want that personal experience then James is your man. Of my 20+ years in the industry, I have never met or dealt with such a professional realtor with a down to earth, personal demeanor. I now know that if I ever need a realtor in the future, then James Spece is the choice for me and my family. I can not suggest or recommend him enough.

I would highly recommend James. He took the time to listen to my wants and needs as a buyer. Patiently and respectfully explained to me (multiple times because this was my first house and i needed extra assistance understanding) the ins and outs of the realty procedures. He honestly explained to me the process so i didnt have any surprises. James always called, emailed and text back in a timely manner and he really cares about your home buying experience. I would highly recommend James Spece for all your real estate needs. My boyfriend and I have been house hunting for several months. Not ready to buy yet so looking to rent for about a year. We have looked mostly on Zillow and have had the worst luck. Either agents don’t respond or they’ve not been very knowledgeable, much less meet us to tour a house. I started looking at other sites and within a day of requesting info, James Spece reached out. He sent me a list of houses that fit our needs and met me at every house. He communicated with each listing agent and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. He found the perfect house that fit all our needs and wants from size to location to price. James met our very extreme circumstance without a second thought. My wife and I reached out to James to tell him that we were wanting to move to get our kids into another school district. This was 29 days before school started. Without hesitation he was sending us houses to look at the next day...3 days later we were going to them in person, and the following weekend we found the one we wanted. We made that deadline and he never told us it couldnt be done. He comes highly recommended now when someone asks!
