Jake made it very easy to find a house for my roommates and I. He communicated very well and often throughout the process. He basically did all the searching but if we found one on Zillow we could send to him so we could tour it. He did a great job getting us a house while keeping in mind all of our preferences and opinions. Would highly recommend Mr. O’Brien!

We recently purchased a home in New Braunfels Tx. My wife and I are in our 80s it was a big decision for us and a bit intimidating after living in the Houston area for30 years. Fortunately we found Jake O’Brien our realtor he made looking and deciding on the right home easy we looked at many houses in our price range he made notes on each one i.e. likes and dislikes on each one. We found the perfect home for us in our price range. what he did was let us make our own decision but he reviewed each day by his notes each house and made sure we had a complete understanding of each house we looked at. that made it so much easier especially when we looked at several in one day .When it came to the negotiations he fought very hard we got a great price even better than expected. Jake handled all the paper work through the final closing. i guess it was things like he was there with the home inspector to make sure everything was right. He has been in contact with us even after we moved in. All I can say is Jake went the extra mile it made our life easier. Thanks Jake
