I would like to share my experience involving Jake Moore as my realtor. A few years back I inherited about 8.4 cres of land in Cass county Texas which I decided to sell. I currently live in Michigan, and I was hoping I could conduct the process without making a trip to Texas, which I was able to do. The big issue I ran into was a squatter on my property that refused to vacate. This definitely turned out to be a problem I didnt anticipate. Jake was patient, and worked with me to resolve the issue. So, a big thanks to Jake and I would recommend his services.

I have personally used Jake on the buying and selling side of real-estate and I will vouch for his honesty and hard work. Jake can sell melting ice to an Eskimo and help you locate and purchase green pastures laying on the river banks of milk and honey. One time I think he even listed the land at the end of a rainbow for sale. These are meant to be humerus comments but I will be honest and say he has helped me deal with unpleasant sellers and personally dealt with a buyers realtor that I would have walked away from and somehow made both deals work and everyone was happy at the end of the transaction. I believe he truly is the best in his line of work and takes it serious to be helpful and knowledgeable on both sides of the field.
