Joe and I decided to move from AZ to TX. Joe being a TX native we knew we werent going back to his hometown of Austin. We knew we wanted to be closer to our granddaughters that are in NM. Wow….just Wow ! We just bought our second investment property through Jaidyn. Real estate can be a maze for folks like us who don’t do it very often. When we would call Jaidyn with a question on the next step (we thought we had to do)….he would reply - I’ve got that done and if you’ll check your email, you can review it. If there are no further questions you can ok the document via email and I’ll take care of the rest. Amazing how much he did for us to make the whole process super easy.Most days he is up and doing real estate by 4:30 or 5:00 AM, verified by the time stamps on his written communications to us.
