It never occurred to me how vulnerable the home selling process would feel. Jahnavi guided us through it with such compassion and confidence!Her home staging is impeccable! Our house looked Pinterest-worthy!We were also glad to work with her through the buying process, and she helped us through some sticky situations.It’s great to work with someone you can trust to have your best interests at heart! Selling a house is a horrible, stressful process, and Jahnavi was incredibly emotionally supportive through the whole thing. She helped us stay grounded and detached so we could let the market do its thing until the right buyer found us. Along the way, she guided us on the renovations we could afford (painting, new light fixtures) and helped us stage the house beautifully. She used a lot of her own furniture, decorative pieces, and plants, which saved us a ton and were absolutely key to selling our home. The house looked magnificent and photographed extremely well. Her husband (who is a treat) spent an entire day pressure washing the driveway and back patio, then came back to hang all of our curtains, assemble furniture for staging, and hang those new light fixtures. The two of them did all of the staging while my wife and I worked. In the end, she made sure we got a fair price while helping us realize the market reality with comps and research, and she’s even checked in with us afterward to make sure we’re finding a new place in our new hometown across the country. With Jahnavi, you gain a partner in the home-selling process, and we are so thankful for her insight and support.

Jahnavi was recommended to by a very good friend of mine.He purchased his home through her and gave her a very strong recommendation. Given my friend of 45 years is extremely intelligent, his endorsement was enough for me.Due to some life situations timeliness was a a critical factor for me. As a result, I was looking at every home with a slightly skewed they all look great... lets take this one! attitude.Jahnavi understood this and not only was able to accommodate my time concerns, but kept me from making some bad decisions with very intelligent yet respectful advice.My goal was to purchase a home that would have the best chances of appreciating over the next 10-15 years while getting the best deal possible up front to maximize my overall equity over time. This was my third home purchase and I was confident I knew what I was doing, but by the time Jahnavi told me why I SHOULDNT put offers in on the first few homes we looked at, I was certain I made the right decision choosing her to be my realtor. There are so many behind the scenes factors that will effect the value of your real estate investment long term, and Jahnavi was knowledgeable regarding every aspect.I would guess that from approaching her to being my realtor to close, it was 1.5 months, which is extremely fast given we viewed approximately 15-20 homes during that time. Jahnavi was able to accomplish this because I used all of her preferred partners (lender, inspector, etc.) that she had a history of working with. This enabled an extremely stress free and efficient closing process when I went through closing. Jahnavi was a true professional and fantastic agent. After a chance meeting at an open house, I immediately knew that she would be the agent for my family. Relocating for a job to the ATX / Bee Cave / Lakeway area, I had already narrowed down the list of areas my wife and I were interested in. From there, she took over and delivered with incredible results - fantastic location, low tax rate, and below asking price on an incredible home. Her network of extended professionals is also first-rate - having used them for both my lender and homeowners insurance - they beat all others hands down. If you are looking for a good agent - look no further. She went above and beyond to make the entire process as painless as possible - super important for a non-native Texan who was unfamiliar with Texas real-estate and the ATX market.

So unexpectedly I found out my good friends wife “Jahnavi” was a real estates agent and was all in. That was late on a Thursday evening. Those two found my property on Friday as did I am my oldest Daughter, I called JJ and set up a walk for Sunday morning. She is an EXPERT and KNOWS the industry; what to look for in a property; where troubles might be lurking and very intuitive and Highly Professional. Made an offer that same day JJ had some suggestions for me and landed the House and Property at our price! Had to move fast, HOWEVER this Lady moves at that pace and I’ve been here enjoying this Krib for over a year.If anyone has an idea that they want to buy a home or a home and property, if you don’t Contact My Friend, you might as well fold up the tent!Tru Dat!
