We had a wonderful first-time home-buying experience with Jaden! We found a home we loved, and he worked with us to make a competitive offer. We won the bidding war while staying at a comfortable price. We backed out of our contract during the option period due to disagreements on repairs. Jaden advised us to walk, and while it was a bummer, we knew it was the right thing to do. One week later, we saw the original property was still available for a discounted price, and Jaden was able to send the offer within 90 minutes.Long story short, we got our dream home for around 50k less than we initially planned, and all parties involved walked away as winners. Jaden was highly professional and courteous with us, as well as all agents/lenders/escrow officers involved in the transaction, and was a great mediator for us. As a fellow veteran, he was patient and accommodating with us in obtaining all the extra paperwork and inspections for our VA Loan. Jaden was also available within a moment’s notice throughout our entire browsing/purchasing period, and there isn’t much more we could have asked for in a realtor.Overall, we had an excellent experience purchasing our first house, which we love, and we could not have done it without Jaden. If you choose him as a realtor, you certainly won’t regret it. I know we didn’t!

We worked together on one of my last real estate transactions, and I have to say he made it easy from showing the property until the very last minute with the lease back.
