Great experience working with Jackie, she went above and beyond working with us to sell our home. As many of you know, the process of selling a house can be very daunting especially for a first time seller. Jackie simplifies the process so that it makes it easier on you with her experience, expertise and also understanding the reality of selling a home. She answered our numerous questions and concerns and kept everything on track with the upmost patience and flexibility. Thank you Jackie, we couldn’t have done it without you.

Jackie is a rockstar realtor! She makes the entire process extremely easy and straightforward! I have worked with several other real estate agents here in San Antonio prior to working with Jackie, but I continue to work with Jackie because she is simply the best! She is a savvy, sharp, professional. Choosing a realtor doesn’t always come easy. There are a number of qualities and expertise that a skilled realtor must posses. With Jackie, she really does exceed all expectations! First of all, her responsiveness is immaculate. She responds to phone calls 99% of the time. All text messages responded to within an hour. Same day approvals were confirmed (if not, the very next day). Even though I know she is very busy and usually working multiple transactions, she makes me feel as if I’m her only client. Also, she stands by her clients every step of the way. Any questions that I had about the loan, the contract, negotiations, etc… she was able to provide well informed and thorough answers. I always felt like she had a handle on the situation and keeping things on track. Also, her attention to detail is excellent. She hired an excellent photographer to take beautiful and exquisite pictures. Her listing was extremely detailed and attractive. I felt like the pictures and listing description really stood out (and of course we ended up in a multiple offer situation rather quickly which she handled like a pro). I 100% cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. If I am buying or selling in San Antonio, she is my GO-TO realtor. Trust me, you wont be disappointed.
