Jake is an excellent, thoughtful, experienced realtor whom I would highly recommend if you are a first-time home buyer. He was patient with me as I casually perused houses and never pushed me into any contracts before I was ready. We worked together for a solid six months before I found something worthy of an offer, and even then, he took care to anchor his offer suggestions in well-researched comps. Jake also knows his stuff: when touring properties, he was quick to point out repairs that would need to be made or issues that might affect resale value. Not only did he help me land a dream home in this sellers market, but the house appraised above the sale price, giving me instant equity. I couldnt have done it without him!

I stronly recommend Jacob. He was able to sell my home in midtown Houston while I was away in Australia. This was the first time I went through the process of selling a property and he provided great advice around the necessary actions to take to ensure I got the best possible ROI. Jacob went out of his way from picking up keys from my property manager, dealing with neighbors and coordinating all of the improvements while I was away. He said he would get it sold by a certain date and he delivered!

Jacob is the best!! He was relentless in finding me exactly what I wanted, even after showing me over a dozen homes he was patient and never pressured me to make a decision. He worked around my schedule, and had a folder full of information on the homes we were viewing that day so I could weed out anything that didn’t quite work for me. My Mother was a Colwell Banker franchise owner/Broker for 40 years and she was dually impressed with his attention to detail and thorough representation. He was a God send when I really needed one and has continued to reach out and check up on me over the last 3 years since purchasing my home. You won’t be sorry if you let him represent you!!!
