I wish there were more stars because 5 dont do justice. As a legal immigrant, I did not have the traditional 2 tax returns yet to qualify for a conventional loan. Ivan and Natalia explained to me and my wife the options we had and proceeded accordingly always guiding us along the way. From recommending loan officers to showing us stunning properties that matched our requirements. They were always there from start to finish; today we have our first home.If you are looking for a home , this is the team for you .

Ivan, Trish, Natalia and Theresa are fantastic. I knew from the moment I called Ivan on a Friday late afternoon while he was on vacation, and he answered on the second ring. The whole team was instrumental in getting our house sold in the first week it was on the market. I am out of state, so it was very helpful for me since I had to do very little and could not physically be present. I even had a preference of using my own vendor to make ready the home and Ivan and Trish helped coordinate getting the house ready. Although I had a management company, Natalia helped me with the documentation I needed to resolve the deposit with my previous tenants when I couldnt get the help I needed from the company to complete that process and move forward. The bottom line is that there are many realtors that post houses on the MLS and let the internet sell the house for them while they encourage price drops from the owner and clerk the sale at the end of the transaction. That is not what Ivan and his team does. They actively work to launch your home for sale with the best photographs and set you up for success, so you dont waste the crucial initial time your house is listed where it gains the most exposure. Guess how I found Ivan? I noticed he was the last agent that sold a home in my neighborhood, and he easily stepped up and sold my home in record time. The whole team was a pleasure to work with.
