Iva is AWESOME! She really listened when it came to what we were looking for in our dream home and we were able to find “the one” by only our 3rd showing with her on our first day working together! She also took on the responsibility of finding us a mortgage lender and a title company as well as a home inspector, and we were able to close on our house in record time! And if that wasn’t enough, she also helped us sell our current home (and helped with staging) after just one weekend of open houses resulting in multiple competitive offers. Iva is the best around and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, lease, or sell in the greater Austin area!
