This man was absolutely amazing!!! My boyfriend and I had no idea how to begin looking for houses and just Ike was the first one we contacted. Talk about striking gold on the first try. He gave so much information about what’s good and what not desirable. Even when my boyfriend and I were having second thoughts about the home we were going for, he just roll with the punches. Ike is THE. BEST.My husband and I hit the jackpot when we stumbled upon him. As first-time homeowners, we were terrified. The crazy market were in, the numbers game of calculating a mortgage/down payment, and the daunting idea of owning a home for the first time in general felt like too big of a pill to swallow for us. Then, enter Ike! He worked hard to find what worked for us, broke down the process, and kept us laughing and comfortable. I legitimately felt like he fought for our best interest. Owning a home wouldve happened for my husband and I eventually, but I dont know if it could have happened here in the now without Ikes help.Ike, thank you times a million!
