A friend recommended Brittany Realzola to help us sell our grandparents home. Throughout the process, Brittany exceeded our expectations and provided incredible support at every stage of selling their forever home of over fifty years. She was an ally, friend, and advisor and helped us navigate a difficult time. We always felt ahead of the curve in every step of the process, entirely due to Brittanys thoroughness and dedication. She is an excellent communicator and used data and comps to back up her decision for pricing and create a great marketing plan to sell the home quickly. Brittany was excellent to work with throughout the contract agreement, inspection, and final closing details. We could not have imagined a better experience, and she cared for our family from start to finish. Brittany is a fantastic realtor and an even better person. Brittany helped my family and I purchase a home back in December of last year. There are not enough wonderful things I can say about Brittany. She was dedicated to finding the right home for us immediately and regardless of the time it took to find the right fit. I feel as though you can always speculate when someone has a passion for their work and Brittany certainly fits that category. She was attentive and thorough and always seemed to radiate a friendly and optimistic deminir. Having these qualities is a MUST when choosing a realtor to work with. I found this out quickly because your realtor basically becomes your new best friend throughout the extensive search and purchase of the home buying process so youll definitely want to choose wisely! I knew I could trust Brittany because she previously had helped both my sister and mother purchase and or sell their homes. She has become our familys unofficial realtor. Our particular experience purchasing a home was not without bumps in the road, but she helped guide us through it with her knowledge, experience, commitment, and enthusiasm. Brittany found our family a forever home that I know we will enjoy for years to come!

Brittany is very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the homebuying process, which was needed since we were first-time home-buyers. Brittany is definitely all about building relationships with her clients, and assisting as much as possible. When She picked-up our earnest money, went out of her way she brought me coffee. Even after closing, she has sent reminders of things that we need to do, and checked-in with us to see how things are going.

Brittany Realzola was God Sent❤️ She is for the People and not out for the money! She made us not give up on looking for a house! We had 1 person in 2021 and she was horrible and we lost faith in looking then we had 2 other realtors and they were just out for the money and didn’t care for what we were looking for! Then one day we went to an open house and we met Brittany Realzola and instantly we felt a wonderful vibe and energy from her. We worked with her for 2 weeks and today 7-15-22 we closed on a home! She was awesome and kept us in the loop the whole way! She was what we needed! I will never use another realtor. Brittany has flawlessly handled two real estate transactions for me. She’s a go getter and doesn’t take no for an answer. She knows how to handle real estate at every price point. Everyone referral I sent her way got the deal they wanted. She also helped me in 2016 when I was ready to rent a second home.
