Wow! Our experience with our realtor, Chelsey Guilfu, was absolutely outstanding. As first time home buyers, she was HANDS on and always answered our questions thoroughly with no hesitation. As we were house hunting, Chelsey was very verbal in what she saw visibly on pros and cons the house had that we wouldn’t have even noticed ourselves. My husband and I are so greatly appreciative for having her as our realtor, as we liked to call her, our second mom! No question was a silly question. Jackie and his team made that fantasy a reality for me and my wife, and he did it with such ease that only comes with years of dedication to his craft. He is an expert in his craft and it shows with the ease in which he is able to explain all the details in the nuanced world that is realty. Jackie is a very dedicated realtor and he WILL fight for your best interests. He is not afraid to tell you to walk away from a deal with shady builders and he is not afraid to say his piece when it comes to builders trying to pull fast ones. Jackie is a detail oriented guy and as long as you tell home exactly what you want, he will get you exactly what you want. He’s willing to step on toes for his clients and that’s a rare trait in today’s world. With Jackie, your interests become Jackie’s interest and he won’t stop until you the house you want. Jackie is hands down the best in the business! My quest for a new home started in 2022 and since I have worked with agents that overslept, missed place paperwork, were not informed or did not bother to be at least, but not Jackie. From the get go he asked what we were looking for and began filtering through houses to help us truly understand what we wanted. Jackie was punctual, over prepared and was able to answer all sorts of questions we threw at him. What is most significant, in my opinion, is that he really cared for us and our wants and needs. He got to know us and tailored our home buying experience just for us. Jackie definitely goes above and beyond providing clients with an amazing home buying experience. If this sounds like an over sale, then know that it is not enough for the level or commitment and attention Jackie brings. Jackie helped us and will continue to be our number 1 agent for any future endeavors.

My wife and I were moving to the Austin, Texas area from Rhode Island after looking for suitable housing for the better part of a year (the market is insane in RI). After being let down and disappointed from constantly being out bid, it was refreshing to be returning to the Great State of Texas (we lived in Houston, Texas 5 years prior to RI). We had no bearings of Austin, Texas and did not know where the best place would be to raise a family in the City. Lucky for us, a family friend recommend Mr. Jackie Huff.Jackie kindly presented my family several options of different houses and regions of Austin, and spoke truthfully about the areas in order to match our criteria. He did not sugar coat anything and was very direct, which is a fantastic attribute and character trait of Jackie.He went to several new build communities and walked each one while FaceTiming my wife and I of each of the models. He did a thorough job of inspecting our home and recommended quality inspectors that did an outstanding job as well.What set Jackie apart from other realtors that we have used is his level of care. Jackie made it a point to give us frequent updates and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. He spoke to the builder and sales agent several times and truly made the home buying experience one of the best we have ever had.He is genuine and cares about his clients to find the right place to call home. Jackie did not hesitate to speak his opinion if he thought that the home was a bad fit. To that, I am very grateful. If you ever need a quality realtor, or if you are in the process of buying a house from out-of-state (we did), then Mr. Jackie Huff would be a fantastic choice.

He’s super attentive no matter how many homes we viewed.He will find you that dream home.When I spoke to him the first time, I can already tell that he’s a people person. I can see his willingness to go above and beyond and he did that and more.I love the fact that he had connections to other things we needed; which made him given more amazing. I truly love his team and the way he leads them.The fact that we found a home in less than 1 week and half(I’m very picky person but he found everything on my checklist). He definitely was the right spokesman for us. I originally was looking to lease a house and Jackie worked with me for several months, patiently showing me properties around the Austin area and north to Belton, Killeen and Temple. When I wasnt able to find exactly what I was looking for in a rental property, Jackie suggested possibly purchasing instead. He walked me through the entire VA process for purchasing my new home. He was able to negotiate a great price and other benefits and also assisted with getting needed repairs done prior to me taking over the keys. I also know he will be available even after the sale for any concerns I may have.Jackie is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with. No overly hyped-up sales pitch, just honest opinions and answers to the many questions I asked. Highly recommend!

Jackie has great patience for my indecisiveness and absurd demands, but nonetheless he still is a fierce advocate in negotiations, and always had my best interests at heart. If you are a veteran using the VA loan, look no further, because he knows all the stuff.
