Working with Tonia was the best decision I made when searching for an apartment in Austin. Ive now turned to her knowledge and guidance for a couple of moves, and shes consistently been a reliable source of support. She has always been prepared to go out and tour properties, equipped with her personal research notes and details to keep in mind. Additionally, she knows Austin. Her understanding of the various areas in Austin makes touring properties an informative and holistic experience. Tonias positive and upbeat energy communicates the hopeful and optimistic outlook she brings to what can be an otherwise daunting and overwhelming task. Tonia is the best I’ve ever worked with on locating a home!She takes in every detail and looks at all the in and outs of the property. She personally approves of it before recommending it to you. She doesn’t settle at all. She will always go to bat on negotiating and making sure it’s really what you need and what fits your family best!

Tonia and Nate have helped me find 3 different apartments/condos in the last 5 years. The are the ultimate real estate power couple! Their love of the city and knowledge of its everchanging real estate market makes them the go to pair in finding a home. Tonia has gone above and beyond with every move...from specifically choosing special properties based on our wants/needs, to filling out the application, to signing the lease, she has been by our side! As long as were in Austin, we wont be using another realty group.

We really are greatful for Tonia in helping us find a home. She went above and beyond to make sure we got a home even though she was given two weeks notice. She even kept searching on Christmas Eve.
