The Home Dime team was amazing in helping me find a good listing agent to sell my new construction homes. I was originally working with an agent that helped me find my projects, but I didnt realize that selling homes was a different beast until I saw Home Dime mention their recommended selling strategies. Wow was I impressed with their recommended options.

Ive been following Ryan Francis The Money CEO on Instagram for some time now, for lots of tips and info regarding personal finance (GO FOLLOW HIM). To say Ive learned so much about investing and planning for my future from his videos is an understatement. When he announced that he was launching a home buying agency, Home Dime, to help connect buyers to top real estate agents and lenders, I knew I had to give them a shot.Ryan took the time to respond to my questions personally before I took the initial step of speaking with the lender. From there I got in contact with my local real estate agent - shout out Arturo Ramirez (Compass Real Estate) in Napa and my lending team, Nuhome Group in So Cal- my specific contact being Jace, and then my transaction coordinator, Christina.When I say everyone in my home buying team was amazing, I truly mean AMAZING. There are no words for how smooth this team made my homebuying process. I began shopping for houses the second week of January, and got the keys to my house February 25th! I was able to close escrow in 18 days - how remarkable is that, especially in this market! Everyone involved executed their part perfectly. There were no hiccups, no stresses, it was smooth sailing from start to finish. For a first time home buyer in her 20s... I feel like this is unheard of, so I am honestly just so grateful for the experience I had using Home Dime.I would recommend Home Dimes agency to everyone. I probably would not have connected with an agent and lender as great as the ones they referred me to, which makes a tremendous difference in the home buying process.
