I want to share my experience with Home Charm Realty this summer.Melody has been so helpful in the home buying process. She met up us, went though every step and was up front about every expense. You can tell she’s done this for a long time. She’s experienced and professional but also fun with a sweet personality. Even through my fear of jumping into buying a second home, Melody assured us that everything will be ok. And It was. We had the opportunity to buy a new home and rent out our first home all within a month time! Itzel worked very hard making all contracts and paperwork for our rental home and put up our listing finding tenants within a week. Both Itzel and Melody were very communicative and available for any questions.Even after closing day we had a mishap that should have been taken care of by the seller.
