Holly was amazing and helped us recover from a debacle with a prior realtor. Our prior listing had been terrible and the agent did nothing to assist us with selling our home. I was stressed and panicking because i had accepted a job offer in Boston and we were running out of time to move. After dissolving our agreement with our prior agent, I reached out to Holly who helps us stage the home, take professional photos, and get our home relisted to sell. All her prepping and hard work had our home sold within weeks vs the months of minimal traffic we had before. If you are looking to buy or sell, I can tell you that Holly is going to be with you every step of the way and even after to do anything she can to make this process go smoothly for you. She brought not only the keys to showings, but a wealth of knowledge about the general San Antonio real estate climate as well as experience with the crazy market in which we were looking and selling. **Warning** Obnoxiously long and thorough review incoming.Holly is a slightly seasoned realtor with less than 5 years of experience. However, she’s going to be one of the best in the San Antonio area.The key thing about Holly is that she’s a reflection of southern hospitality.Holly dresses professionally, is inclusive in her language, and conducts herself in a manner that convinced me that “I” matter, not just the sale. When we went to visit houses, she had a bag of small goodies like water, a folder, a pen, and snacks. Inside the folder was an organized itinerary of all the builders we were to visit along with addresses and times.Holly listened to us!!!
