My wife and I purchased our first home in December of 2024. We had worked with a few different realtors before we worked with Ronnie. Ronnie is by far the best. When we first connected, we talked about the situation I was in and what I was looking for. He immediately started helping. He drive to the houses so we could see them through video because we were buying from out of state. Within 2 days of first talking, we had an offer on the house we wanted. Within 4 days, our offer was accepted and we were under contract. In 2 months, it was officially our home. He helped us get a great deal on our house. He worked throughout the whole process helping us out with everything (since it was our first time). Even when the inspection came back and there were a couple things that needed to get fixed (VA loan), and the sellers wouldn’t cover it, he connected us with people that could get it done…. and for very reasonable prices. Needless to say, I don’t think we would’ve got a house when we did if it wasn’t for him. Thank you Ronnie!

You will look for a long time for a realtor who has more integrity and a better work ethic than Ronnie. Being a veteran he completely understands what it is to serve and go above and beyond, doing what is needed to make sure his clients walk away happy. He had my home sold within days of him listing it. He was willing to answer a million questions, patiently explaining things to me and always replied promptly.
