Dan Hohmann is a man of integrity who you can trust. He has built his brand on his name and the relationship of care he provides his clients.I first met Dan when selling my home about 5 years ago. He was professional, organized and got me a very fair offer above asking price (at a time before this market went completely crazy). He then worked with us as we built our next home and helped ensure all deliverables were completed within our satsifaction and walked with us through the entire process, which though his help seemed effortless. Dan has helped us again since then and I recommend him without hestitation or reservation to anyone needing a realtor.

Dan helped me sell a home and is helping me buy one. He is attentive, responsive and treats me like Im his only client, though of course I am not. It seems that any time there was an issue, question or problem, Dan was quick to respond about it and jumped in to try and find a solution. He stays up-to-date on market reports, and works to get top dollar for your home. I have already recommended Dan to several people who are looking for homes. If you use Dan for your realtor needs, you will not be disappointed!

Dan is amazing at what he does. His number one thing is the customer comes first. Best experience ever!!!! Had 2 buyers interested in the house. We were going to accept the lower offer, but Dan worked his magic and had the lower offer out bid the higher offer. He is just amazing at what he does.

Dan represented us with selling and buying (building a house). As sellers he kept us informed of the market and explained the process in detail. He was always just a text or call away. Other reviews comment about him helping move some furniture, its true. An act as simple as that speaks volumes of his character and compassion for his clients. As buyers I was one of those that found houses at all times of the day and night. I would send him the address and he immediately secured a showing. When we decided to build he continued to represent us. When the builders representative was not answering questions (for a week or longer) we notified Dan and somehow we got a response from the builder in about 2 hours and an apology for the delay.
