Katie Wallis is the best realtor I have ever had the experience of working with. She is so knowledgeable about the industry and very patient and understanding. She will go above and beyond for any of her clients the same way she did for me. She responded in a very timely manner through the entire process and was able to answer every single question I had. There is not another realtor that I would recommend other than Katie for the rest of my life. She truly is the best realtor in the Golden Triangle. If you want to buy or sale a house Katie Wallis is the person you want to help you. She is amazing!

I met Katie through a friend. We were paired up with offer & financing in hand. She went out of her way to show my family homes, (on very short notice). Toting us and our 6 year old around. With a level of grace, comfort and attention to detail. Even though we ended up buying outside her area. I couldnt ask for a better agent. 10/10. Will ALWAYS recommend!

Whether it was wanting to look at the 43rd house because we can’t decided to looking at the same one for the 15th time she always had a smile and answered all questions with knowledge, encouragement, and joy. She truly made our hunting journey pain free and fun. She gave us our forever dream home.
