Any questions I had about properties, he was able to address and communicate very quickly. Roland strongly advocated for me when my financing was on the verge of falling through. Dayna got me into my first and current home when no one else could. She took her time to send me and take me to a multitude of homes and made sure the decision was mine. She’s very professional and knows houses. She was able to point out things I didn’t notice because I was too excited and reminded me several times to focus on the house and how it works for me and my family instead of just the visuals/decor. She looked up school districts and gave me their ratings and crime rates as well. I can still email and call Dayna today and am grateful and thankful my family and I are in our home.

I did a new build with Roland during the pandemic. Math is not my strong suit, but he made it easy to understand and didn’t mind my hundreds of inquiries. It was a CRAZY experience because of the timing, but he made the process extremely SMOOTH. He even managed to get the builder to knock the cost down! He was patient and very accommodating. Dayna made the process of purchasing a home as stressfree as possble. She walked me through every step of the process from pre-approval to meeting me at the showroom to pick out the paint colors! When I was unable to drop off my earnest money due to my work schedule, she met me to pick it up and hand delivered it to the builder. The Hennigan Realty Group offers true concierge service; I will recommend them to anyone in need of a new home.
