    We purchased our first home in November of 2018. Our entire journey was challenging, starting with the need to find a home in a short time frame, but Helen never stepped down despite any obstacle we faced. In fact, she always went above and beyond to ensure we were always taken care of. She fought for us when we needed someone to represent us, she was patient with us when we were indecisive, and she educated us when we needed it (which was often)! Helen was on top of the search process to ensure we knew of a home the moment it was on the market, networked throughout the process and was even on the lookout for upcoming listings to make certain we found our dream home in a crunch. Additionally, she was in constant communication with our lender to confirm everything was getting completed so we would be able to close on time. Helen is incredibly knowledgeable and we would recommend her 100 times over. She has became a family friend and we can never thank her for all the incredible service she provided to our family during our home buying process. It was a journey but we could not have done it without her and are so incredibly thankful we found her!

    Helen was outstanding! She was very attentive and detailed oriented and helped us every step of the way with selling our home and answering any questions during the process. She also went above and beyond in helping us stage our home before we listed it for sale. She does a stellar job at staging too!     Helen was exceptional! She helped us every step of the way with selling our home. It was the first time we sold a home and she helped us through it. She also provided services like staging our home when we would have had to pay and arrange for that ourselves. She did a great job too! I would recommend her services!!!     Helen gave us TWO YEARS of her time. We originally met in April of 2018 in search for a commercial property to build a business. We had one under contract in late summer of 2018 and Helen worked extremely hard to get us to the closing point, but it all fell through. It took us a year to mentally recover from that fiasco and when we were ready we called her. Every time I saw a property I thought we could be interested in I would text Helen and she would have an incredible amount of information for me in 30 minutes (after calling the county, city, and a slew of other people). I am a very fast moving person and Helen kept up with me!When I found our property it had only been on the market for 16 hours. I went and saw it that same day and we were under contract the next day. Yes, Helen moves that fast. It FINALLY happened - two years in the making!I would HIGHLY recommend Helen for all types of real estate. If she doesnt know an answer she doesnt assume or guess, she finds out. Having her on our side - on our team - was a huge comfort for us in this huge step of our lives.

    Helen is an amazing realtor! We didn’t have such a great experience with our builder, but Helen was there through it all, good and bad. She was an advocate through the whole process and always had great questions/concerns. You want Helen as your realtor because she knows what to do in any situation, especially when building a new home in Sunfield in Buda!Don’t buy a new home (new build) without her. You may think the builder is on your side, but they just sell houses. Helen is a true advocate that will help you through the process and knows what the builder should and shouldn’t be doing!

    Helen is an amazing realtor. She is so helpful, responsive, flexible, and really strives to give the client everything theyre looking for. Shes very knowledgeable about the Austin area. I am relocating from out of state and was able to view and choose an apartment in two days with Helens help! It would have been impossible without her and so stressful!     This review is being posted on behalf of my mother, my siblings and myself. Over the course of 20 years my mother made several attempts to own a home again. For one reason or another it was not possible. After every failed attempt, my siblings and I would encourage our mother to try again, even through the tears. She took a few years as a sabbatical and stopped searching, but the dream to have a home again, never dwindled. Entering 2019, moms faith increased and started searching for a new home.Mom reached out to Helen, in hopes of some guidance and direction, but what she received in return was far more than she expected. Through the journey of purchasing a home, mom experienced many highs/lows and emotions. Helen was not only there as a partner, but as an advisor, friend and even a therapist! :) My siblings and I witnessed how Helen stood next to mom, every single step of the way. Her communication with our mother, the builder and mortgage company was exceptional, professional and direct.     Helen was a tremendous blessing to us as we searched for our new home. We put our house on the market with an associate of Helens and good friend of ours. We thought we would find exactly what we wanted quickly. However, that was not in Gods plan. John suggested Helen take over while we searched, since she was local for us. She was incredibly thorough in getting to know exactly what we wanted. She spent many hours asking questions. I honestly have to say we were ALL OVER THE PLACE! She was incredibly patient as we tried to find a home in a completely different direction than where we ended up. When we didnt find it she found us a rental. When we said were done for a while she backed off. When we called her a week later she ran more searches. She did it all with such a professional demeanor. When we finally found the house, she negotiated hard! She was relentless, knowledgeable, & has endless contacts! However, all of this is not the best part of Helen. The absolute best part of Helen is that she cares about her clients and she makes you feel more like a friend than a client.
