My father, who is 101 years old decided to sell his 15 acre property here in Bowie. I got with Heidi Parrish, eXp Realty here in Bowie to list the property. Heidi was very professional and worked with my father and I to sell the land. She was very instrumental in making sure the property was shown to its best advantage, even going as far as utilizing her familys own 4X4 UTV to take potential buyers around the property as this was 15 acres with heavy brush and tree growth. In addition, she ended up selling the adjoining 15 acres which belonged to my brother-in-law. If I need to sell any other property in the aera, I will definitely work with Heidi again.
