Heidi was so amazing! She was so helpful and professional. She makes sure to explain every step of the way whatβs going on and knows how stressful buying a house can be. She made it as stress free as she could! I will definitely be using her again if ever needed in the future! -

Our sale was a complicated undertaking, in that there were multiple owners and lots of paperwork required as part of the probate and heirship processes required by law. Heidi was very ammenable to receiving our input and instructions, especially when we felt things were not progressing as they should with the initial title company.She was highly responsive throughout the process, and really kept things moving once we selected a different title company. We were pleased to have a viable offer in about 52 days with a quick closing two weeks later. Heidi did a great job dealing with all the parties involved in this sale. I would highly recommend her!
