Heesue is an amazing realtor! As a recent Dallas transplant looking for a home for my growing family, we are so happy to have worked with Heesue on our home search. She has an extensive market insight into the North Dallas region which I lacked. And her backgound in interior design really assisted us in filtering through homes with poor floorplan and unreasonable amount of required renovation. She really worked profusely during weekday and even weekends, to help us find a good home in Dallas area. The pace at which real estate market works here is so fast, that I was so glad that I had a realtor that was always available to show me a house when a new listing pops up. Being a veteran in the real estate market, Heesue never pushed for the most expensive house we can afford, but rather took a wholesome approach to pair us up with a home that is manageable yet invest worthy. I had very specific criteria for my home and I can be very picky. We found a home that fits our budget and the size, as well as a positive prospect for equity building. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, new or existing. She is fully bilanguil in English and Korean as well.

Heesue is an excellent realtor. She is a great negotiator who can find a resolution when needed. She tried to meet all the requests I asked regarding my new house ane renting out my old house. My wife I will definitely recommend her to anyone we know.

I met him through an introduction, and he was a very passionate and trustworthy person. Ive met many realtors, but this was the first one that actively and thoroughly checked things out as if they were looking for their own home. I highly recommend it to others.
