Zak is a great man to work with, he helped me buy my first house and was able to explain everything that I didn’t know. The process went very smoothly. He found the perfect house for me and he knew they were offering great incentives. He even fought to get an incentive that they weren’t currently offering. He caught small things in the contract that I scanned over. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 will be using him in future home purchases.

It took me longer than I intended to post an appreciative review of Mr. Heath because Ive been so busy enjoying and/or relaxing in my brand new house!Hallelujah!I mean that quite literally -- the house is brand new -- in an area that is growing, yet still cozy & quaint.I was having issues with the realtor that was assigned to me; I was reaching out to them with listings I had found, as well as responding to (automated) listings she would email me. Yet, Id get no response back. I was expressing my frustration with someone who helps advise my nonprofit, and a few lines of communication later, Mr. Heath reached out promptly -- that evening.He gave me fantastic advise for housing in the Dallas area, before turning my attention to the community he wanted me to check out. I cannot stress enough how Mr. Heath helped guide me into the deal of a lifetime.I cannot recommend this dude enough. He really cares, and that matters in a business where people are looking to find something that could turn into their forever home.Thank you, Zak.

Zak was absolutely incredible, always on top of everything! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and communicative - he makes sure to keep you updated every step of the way and is willing to help out with anything if you need assistance. It was a high stress time in my personal life, and he kept the ball rolling with the sale of the house as well as personally checked in on me. He genuinely cares, and is willing to go the extra mile. So happy we chose Zak with Heath Realty to sell our home. Zak provided insight on the current housing market and explained in great detail what our expectations should be with selling our home because lets face it, everyone wants more than what the market is telling us our home is worth.
