As we begin to settle into our home here in the North Dallas area, we are so grateful to Andi and Holly for their help on this journey of finding a new home. Moving to a different state can be difficult but they worked with us diligently and patiently. Andi understood what we wanted and needed in a home. She showed us several homes before finding us a new build that would suit us. Building a house while in another state can be stressful and difficult to navigate but Andi was by our side every step of the way. She constantly kept us abreast of the progress on our home by sending us photos, videos and doing FaceTime calls. There are not enough words to express the professionalism, knowledge, dedication and care Andi exemplified through this process. Holly has been exceptional through ALL phases of my real estate experience. When I loved a home but wasn’t ready to purchase, she put together a stellar rent to purchase contract that the seller went with! When it came time to purchase the bike and some contract items had changed because of lending, she stepped in and was a fantastic liaison between myself, my mortgage broker, and the seller. She is professional, courteous, and absolutely fights for her clients. I would recommend her time and again and will never use another agent.

We actually did a virtual tour where Holly did what she called the smell test Before making a site unseen offer. Hey, the more risk, the greater the reward. Not only did she provide us accurate information about purchasing a home from open door, but she was a bulldog when it came to negotiating. What a fantastic experience it is to work with Holly. She is professional, honest, full of energy, and above all, she is on your side (will explain).My family and I are new to Texas, in fact, new to the country. For us, everything was new around the way things work in Texas. Still, with Hollys guidance and expertise, she made it so simple as she literally walks you through every step of the process, covering every little detail and expectation. Buying a house is not an easy task as you have to take into consideration every family members requirements (for which she does an amazing job to understand even for the kids), and it gets overwhelming at some point with all the viewings and the options out there. At that point, you can easily get sidetracked (for which I did lol), and thats where Hollys ability to raise the flag and bring you back on track was highly appreciated.While the builders were pushing for an earlier close and a quick sale, she pushed back on our behalf as it didnt align with our needs and timing. As a business development expert and large company director, I feel I’m uniquely qualified to say whose good verses who just looks good. Perception does not always line up with reality. So, here’s my take. More often than not, Holly is the smartest person in the room. She’s always the most focused one in the room. There are many realtors here in North Texas who profess to be so called “experts” in the residential real estate industry and I would “bet the farm” that she is better than all of them.I am not aware of a leader in any specialty (include yours truly) that can match her talent, industry knowledge, compassion and common courtesy. Because your home will matter so much to you, you need someone you can trust, someone who you like and, of course, someone who’s really good.Her advice will be sound, sensible and pragmatic. Her knowledge of homes, the home buying process, mortgages and the buying/selling processes will make her competitors’ heads spin.I sincerely hope this review leads someone who looking to buy a house or sell their home to work with Holly Haven and her Haven Home Team.
