She answers texts and calls in a timely manner (often right away) and makes every attempt to resolve any question or issue that arises during the home purchase process. She has great relationships in the community and utilizes them to provide the best mortgage options and inspection options. We had a loss of employment during our VA mortgage application process that was devastating but Hannah and the mortgage lender that we chose worked with us to obtain our dream home. Most importantly to my husband and I, Hannah is not pushy at all - she gives you the real information to make an informed decision but acts in a neutral manner. Per a FB post, with us looking for a local realtor that knows the area, This kind, sweet, over achiever, lady drove out to my residence, left a ‘welcome packet’ filled with goodies, and a personal note and then with her business info on it. Through out the whole process, She was quick to answer all texts, emails and phone calls. And was amazing from beginning to end. We will use her again when we start looking for our forever home!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
