During the bidding stage with serial contenders she helped us with the right strategy when providing an offer and later with negotiating the final contract. Closing and take-over went very smooth and we couldn’t be happier with our home buying experience.

We moved here from Denver and actually found Hannah looking at a house for sale that see was showing people when we pulled up. She gave us. Tour and told her our situation. We had 5 days to find a home. We already sold our home in Colorado. She worked to hard to help us and the most thing that impressed us was she listened to our needs. She didnt waste time showing us homes that she knew we wouldnt like. If we showed her one we found online she would immediately say ok Ill set up an appt or she would be honest and say I dont think you would like it. She WAS GREAT about that and knew our time factor. We DID find our home and she handled everything for us. It was a little tricky with us back in Denver packing up our other home and she took so much care off our shoulders. When we arrived back in Texas she was a breath of fresh air and we were ready to close on our new home. I would refer Hannah over and over again. I wish her the best in her career, it obviously is her calling 😉
