She provided us with all the information we needed to buy our first home. She always had an answer to our questions and if she didn’t know, she found out without hesitation! So, we asked Hannah to do a lot of video walk throughs of the homes we were interested in, and she always did so promptly. We were on a tight timeline, and Hannah helped us get our perfect home in the best timing. She was always ready to take our calls, check on something for us and more. Shes also a very thoughtful person. Among other welcoming gifts, she even made us a custom door mat with our names on it! In addition to that she gave us a great comprehensive list of things to do in Dallas. I must also note that Hannah is well organized. She provided us a great binder with all the info on the house for our records. We are grateful we got to work with her! I definitely recommend her as your realtor for the Dallas metroplex!

I met Hannah at an open house (we were just taking the long way home after family breakfast and stopped in), and I talked to her for a few minutes about some land I was interesting in trying to buy. She followed up with me within a few days, not only to touch base, but that she had reached out to the sellers and found out all of the information necessary to proceed.She took the time to listen to my strategy, my plans for replatting, she undertook the market research necessary to formalize a plan, understand where wed need to be price wise, and several elements to consider and factor in. We then proceeded to make an offer, and through the various roadblocks with financing, she stuck it out, continued to monitor the market and we finally closed (which she attended to answer more questions) and are fixing to proceed to phase 2.She has been responsive to communications, aggressive with marketing endeavors, knowledgable on the market and willing to spend the time to keep us on track. I highly recommend Hannah, a lot of this process utilizes the marketability of property across new platforms and channels, and shes on top of it... but even outside of that.. just having someone that can talk you through the various challenges and be a solid advocate for your fiscal safety and market understanding is invaluable. Couldnt be happier!!
