Hanalei is the best. She helped us both sale our high-end house and buy another nice house that fitted our need and budget. Hanalei is awesome! After an unexpected buying opportunity arose, we asked her to help us sell our house in a very short time frame and in the tough high-interest financial environment of 2023. Her market analysis, listing strategy, marketing and negotiation were all executed flawlessly. In retrospect, there is nothing we would do differently and there is nothing Hanalei could have done better.Hanalei has a very easygoing personality that helped us easily navigate all the unexpected developments with minimal stress. She has the expertise of the local market in addition to home repair and maintence to help forumlate an offer approach where we felt comfortable with the process. Her communication is open and consistent. We always felt looped in and all our questions were addressed over phone and text. She also handled our first time jitters and kept us cool and collected the entire way.We think we found our forever home but if we were to ever buy or sell in the future, Hanalei would be the first person we call.

Hanalei was unbelievably helpful, without her wed not have been able to make our dream come true. We called her with a difficult situation that we were not really expecting to be possible, but she assured us that she could make it happen for us. She not only did an amazing job of all the things that you would hope that your agent would do well, she also managed the entire situation with contractors preparing the house and such while we were in our new place 5 hours away. To say she put in much of her own time into making this a reality for us is like saying that the Pacific Ocean is a puddle, she is a life saver, even braving a crazy ice storm to make sure the place was safe from frozen pipes while we were so far and couldnt. Even months before we were serious about our move, she was always quick to get back to me.
