I cannot recommend Kylie enough! We hired her as our selling agent after another realtor had our house sitting on the market for months doing nothing. Within the first week she had new amazing photos done including virtual staging, had a few walls repainted, had opening houses planned. She gave us several different detailed options of potential sale prices showing every cost/profit scenario. She was amazingly helpful and responsive every step of the way and had our house sold in a month. She made this so easy and stress free for us! I would 100% use her again!

Would recommend Kylie as a realtor to anyone! She was so nice and so helpful even from the beginning. Once she knew what we were looking for in a home she helped us find multiple options to see. She also went out of her way multiple times to take videos and tour homes before having us travel a few hours to see them! She always responded so fast and thankfully was able to answer and walk us through everything! I would use Kylie again to sell/or buy another home!!!

If you’re looking for an INCREDIBLE realtor, I would definitely recommend Kylie! I reached out to her on Instagram and got the quickest response. She was so nice and helpful from the very beginning. I would have several houses listed to go take tours of, and every time, she would schedule viewings of every house that was available, drive to surroundings cities around Temple, and have everything planned out perfectly. She was always so quick to respond to any question or concern I had, and trust me, there was a lot. Kylie is so patient, kind, and truly cares about helping you find the perfect home. I cannot express how thankful I am to have found her. I would love to work with Kylie again in the future to buy or sell another home!
