I asked for Halimas help when my husband and I decided to look for a house to lease. I had been looking at properties on line but I new I needed some guidance to find the perfect home for us.I contacted Halima and gave her the guidelines of what our budget was and what square footage we desired and how many miles from our work places we wanted to drive.She sent us multiple properties to view on line. We met her to look at several homes. The last two houses we viewed with her we knew that one of them met all of our wants. We told her we wanted to lease one of the houses and she started the process with us immediately that night.She guided us and coached us through the necessary paperwork. Fast forward we are now in a house we truly love to call home. I am so happy I asked for her help to get to where we are now.Her thoroughness and expertise are priceless. This program was a life saver. With he house market bieng so bad, and may landlord giving me less then weeks to move out. The realtor that was helping me (Halima Mohammed) was sent from God. She helped me light and day. Until the day I moved in she didnt stop calling and made sure that everything was OK. With out her I dont know what I would do.
