Gwen is a wonderful and hardworking realtor! She helped my husband and I purchase and get into our new build home. I cannot say enough positive things about her or our experience with her. Gwen Cannon was referred to us when looking for an agent to sell two homes in Clear Lake. It was the best decision we couldve made! Being not from the area, we depended 100% on Gwen to project manage the extensive renovation, help us make design choices based on her knowledge of market trends, and sell both properties. She did a flawless job from start to finish. We interviewed a lot of potential Realtors before settling on Gwen and Im so thankful we did. She gave us a great first impression when we happened to be in town for a brief period (before picking an agent) and she even eft a family gathering early in another city to come and view the properties due to our short window in town. She showed us then how commited she was and how hard shed work for us; that is exactly how she was throughout the entire process. Any agent might over-promise in order to get your business but Gwen over-delivered as well! What stood out was the personal touches and where she went above and beyond. We had an Open House on a day where there was a lot of rain and Gwen ran out to Home Depot to get mats to protect the floors in case people came in from the rain. She never just did the bare minimum of what was asked; she ALWAYS went out of her way! Gwen has the experience and foresight that come with being a top Realtor! We wouldnt have been able to renovate two properties and sell them quickly had it not been for her. She even sold one of our homes above asking price! Shes the total package and I wouldnt hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone! Thanks again for everything, Gwen!

Gwen Cannon is the “total package realtor!” I chose her for our intricate real estate needs because: I knew her to be hard working (by reputation ); I have known her for 40 years (longevity); and believed she would be honest (integrity). The real estate world is overwhelming, especially if you are selling a house that is in an estate, unless you have someone like Gwen to walk you through it. Gwen went above and beyond for us by helping my family prepare for an estate sale, all while helping stage the home to be viewed during that estate sale (making the best use of the time). The value of Gwen’s help and experience cannot be measured. While helping us execute the sale Gwen was present to field real estate questions that arose from interested / potential buyers. Gwen’s guidance, expertise and tireless help were invaluable. She’s genuine! She’s passionate about what she does! She’s your gal for real estate transactions!

I wanted to move to a 55+ community! Gwen and I ventured out! She helped and found me a community that was 70% completed. It was located in Fulshear, Texas. The subdivision is Bonterra at Cross Creek Ranch. The neighborhood is very active complete with a clubhouse with activities going on all the time.We picked out my floor plan. Gwen helped with the contract and decisions for all modifications I wanted. She assisted in all negotiations! Gwen helped every step of the way of the build. Gwen was instrumental with all walkthroughs especially the final. I was so excited that I missed some items and Gwen didn’t!Love my new neighborhood and my new house!Thanks Gwen! We used Gwen as our realtor for our out of state purchase. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Gwen cancelled her plans and we’re out looking at houses with us till 10pm. We were only in Texas for a short period of time. She was on vacation and still Face Timed us to do our walk thru. She fought really hard for our negations and only had our best interest at heart. We were so happy and pleased with her work my parents also did an out of state purchase with her. They were also very pleased and happy with her work.

Gwen walked me through all the possibilities for staging my home, helped me prepare for the sale, answered every single question, made great recommendations, explained the current market and what buyers were looking for, was patient and fun to work with in every aspect of my home sale. Once on the market we had an offer quickly and the best part IT WAS ABOVE EXPECTATIONS and we closed with ease. Gwen knows this business!
