Anthony is a Saint! He knew how to handle every problem that was thrown our way. Even when I was totally freaking out about things, he was calm and collected. We had bumps (as every closing does) but our first home buying experience was so easy and not at all like some of the horror stories you hear about. Anthony could solve any problem!Anyone who tells us they are thinking of buying a home we hands down tell them they have to go with Anthony. He listens to exactly what you want and gets to know you in a way that he can find houses you like without you knowing you like them yet. Plus the man gives pies to all his clients for Thanksgiving. I mean seriously...a saint.

We were moving from out of state and were buying our house sight unseen. Anthony was great working with our daughter and her husband to do a walk thru so they could video tape the house for us. He even kept secret a surprise visit so we could celebrate our daughters birthday! Anthony was also great in providing names of local contractors when we wanted to do a little remodeling. You wont go wrong going with the Gutierrez group!!
