Having never rented before I was very worried about the daunting task ahead of me as I wasnt quite sure what to expect. Gustavo from the beginning eased that worry by being attentive, detail-oriented, patient, and really left no stones unturned when it came to explaining what was to come. He was kind enough to show us the rental properties multiple times despite his busy schedule. He would always reply very quickly to our messages, even having replied on Christmas day! Next time we move should we decide to stay in the area we are absolutely going to work with Gustavo again!

My experience with Gustavo was great! From the first time I was in contact with him he was very thorough and attentive, always keeping us in the loop. I never felt like I was being pushed in one direction or the other. He brought a chill atmosphere to an otherwise serious decision making process. Gustavo was very transparent and when he didnt know something he would find out for us immediately. We were in contact with multiple realtors at first, but ultimately decided to go with Gustavo because he was by far the more communicative and reliable professional. He was even attentive to our needs and questions during the holidays! I would recommend him as your future realtor.

My brother passed away in 2022 and I had to sell his house in Austin. I live in Houston. Gustavo Cuero called me inquiring about the property. I was not ready to sell my brother’s house at that time. Gustavo kept in contact with me and when I was ready, he helped me through the process. I thought it was going to be a difficult and long process especially with me not living in Austin. It was not. From the time he listed the property until we closed on it, Gustavo kept me updated, explained everything that would happen, helped out whenever he could, and generally made the process seamless. From the time the property was listed until we closed was about a month! It would have been sooner but some stuff came up that was not in our control.Simply put, Gustavo Cuero is the best! I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again if I were to buy/sell property in the Austin area.
