Zachary has been such a blessing in a time when I felt like nobody could help us! Not only was he willing to work with me despite having animals which landlords hate and having a time as well as a very limited financial budget but he also checked in on us regularly. Zachary helped me find ways to laugh in an extremely stressful situation. He is amazing at what he does and anyone would be extremely blessed to be able to work with him! Next time you need a place to rent or buy give him a call!

After working with another realtor who aided us in being outbid on several offers, Zachary stepped up and helped us negotiate an under list (but competitive) offer, which was accepted by the seller. Moving out of state is hard enough on its own. With countless phone calls with agents in the DFW area no one seemed to understand the urgency of my situation. With nothing but basic knowledge of the area Zach realized that I needed help and helped educate my wife and I with all things DFW and helped familiarize us with the area. He treated us with utmost respect and helped us search for an apartment.
