    A friend of my wife’s recommended Glenda to us when we decided to relocate to the McAllen - Edinburg area. We had very little knowledge of the neighborhoods, home prices, and the current market situation in the RGV area. To top it off, we were only going to be here in person for about 4 - 5 days on our house hunting trip. Glenda made it so easy. She spoke extensively with us up front regarding what we were looking for. She sent us of lots of potential selections of homes currently on the market. We were able to narrow down the best potential homes for us, before arriving in town. She spent several days with us taking us to see homes which we had identified as being to our liking. We wound up putting in an offer and buying that home. The entire process from putting in the offer to closing went flawlessly. Throughout the process, Glenda’s communication was superb and her recommendations to us were perfect.
