Gerard was 15 out of 10! He bent over backward for us. When we found the home we were looking for, we decided to offer asking price. Sellers were going to decide that weekend. Gerard was in touch with the sellers’ agent and found out there were multiple offers. Even though it was late afternoon on a Sunday, he helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at, to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other ones. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent.If I texted him a question or an update he would often respond in 2 minutes or less. When you choose to work with Gerard (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) he will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want to know. When you finish, he will give you his opinion/feedback on what you asked and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, etc.All in all, now that we have purchased it and with his help finding contractors, is currently being renovated – Gerard still shares excitement in our before and after pictures and feels more like a trusted friend than just another real estate agent. We could not be more happy with the service we received from Gerard and will definitely recommend him to everyone we know!

I had bought my house on the back end of COVID. Gerard killed it when I got a hold of him and told him Im in a rush and need to get into a house ASAP. If I wasnt hounding the lender he was as well. He sold the same house within a day of him putting it up. And he helped me out big time areas I lacked. 100% recommend him to my closest friends and peers
