Genny was an absolute joy to work with to sell our house. She had all the answers to our questions, guided us with what we needed to do to sell in our price range, and was there to encourage and celebrate the little victories with us along the way. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home in Waco, you have to let Genny help you. She’s by far our favorite realtor in Waco, and quickly became one of our favorite people here as well. If we ever get the chance again, we are 100% asking for her help.

Genny Davis was our realtor when buying a home in Woodway. Buying a home during the pandemic was a challenge. Genny was there for us. She is an astute realtor and cares about her clients. Genny is from the Waco area, so she has historical knowledge of the market. She can tell you about the builders in new and old neighborhoods, and the history of development. She has years of experience and savvy. From the first showings until our closing, the search took 11 months because we didnt want to participate in bidding wars. Genny was patient and supportive. She promised us that we would find the perfect property. She was right.
