I could never say thank you enough for Gayla and her team. Our home went up for sale and Within 3 days we had a solid contract! I listened and did all of the suggestions she told us and we were able to get over asking price. Gayla and her coordinator are very kind people, they care about their clients and made every provision with our schedule and were very respectful of our religious observations. The staging was beautiful, professional photos, and down to the paperwork they made everything so easy to understand. I just want to say thank you to your team for the open house they hosted, and the responsiveness youll gave to myself and my husband. Every single question was answered in a timely manner, ever text and email was answered concretely. I highly recommend The Gayden team. I had a wonderful experience working with Gayla and Laura of the Gayden Team! My wife and I live out-of-state and were looking for a team that could help sell our property quickly and negotiate the best offers for us. I realize it wont always be this easy to sell or even buy your home, but I think youd be hard pressed to find a better realty team.The Gayden Real Estate Team stood out as the best Houston has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.The entire team made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors dont (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. The Gayden’s Team hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Working with the Gayden team couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience.

Excellent team here at The Gayden Team. They take care of their clients from start to finish. Highly recommended. Agent Bryan was great helping my family purchase our first home. I reas over Nguyen Trans review, you are correct that was Fake news. Article no longer there and let the investigation do its job on the stalker. Young adults nowadays gone too far to take it to social media and make up news and people bought into the news and judge. Keep up the good work Bryan.
